It happened to me to enter in this Tiki Bar because my phone battery was out of charge. I had an important appointement And i asked the favor to charge it at the bar And the staff agreed With kindness and care. Since i believe that customer care is really important for an enterprise i was really pleased by that! Last bit not least i also took and espresso in exchange for thé favour and It was good And for a good price. Really recommended!

We tried to win a free drink, for this it was necessary to stand exactly on the surf in the street for 1 minute, but we could not and now I am writing this review) In general, the place seemed atmospheric. I liked the glass floor, through which you can see the lower visitors. True, on the day of the visit, there was only cider and two more names of beer from the drink. The terminal that day did not work on this had to go to the ATM.

I was disappointed with the place. Firstly the prices are high. So the burger with beef was 220 UAH, they promised 400 grams but it didn't look like this. Secondly, I ordered a salad but never got one, as the waiter assured me I cancelled the order (I didn't) and after a short discussion he offered a cider as a treat. If he hadn't done it I'd have given 2stars. Never coming back!

Okay, we paid for it (writing off the inexperience), but when they brought us the same check three times, which was previously paid in the hope that we would pay it again ... Well, excuse me. This really spoiled our impression and mood in general. I recommend the management to reconsider the approach to the selection and training of personnel. Because these people completely ruined our impression of the establishment.
